A Manger Moment

"Take Courage"
“For the word of God will never fail. Mary responded, “I am the Lord’s servant. May everything you have said about me come true.” Luke 1:37-38
Mary had a pure heart; which comes from the Holy Spirit. Mary was willing to submit to what the Lord had spoken over her. She was willing to be a vessel because she knew the word of the Lord will always come to pass. Her courage came from trusting in God. We ourselves need to have this courage in the Lord and what He says that will come to pass over our lives and allow Him to use us as a vessel for His kingdom. What He has spoken over our lives is a gift, even when His way may not be our own. Nothing else compares to what He has in store for us as His children.
