Growth Track is designed to help you discover God’s unique purpose for your life and live out the life He created you for. This journey will equip you to connect with Crossroads, become a member,  discover your design, and use your gifts to make a difference.

Step One — Why Membership Matters
Step One is designed to help you understand the heart and history of Crossroads Church and give you a clear picture of who we are.  You’ll learn about our story, core beliefs, leadership, and how the church functions. We’ll also talk about what membership truly means and how to live it out. At the end of this step, you’ll have the opportunity to become a member and fully engage in the mission of Crossroads.

Step Two — Discover Your Design & Make a Difference
Part A: Discover Your Design
In this session, you’ll uncover your God-given strengths and explore how He uniquely created you. Through personality insights, spiritual gifts, and passions, you’ll begin to see how your design fits into the life of the church and God’s greater purpose.
Part B: Make a Difference
Once you discover your design, you’ll learn where you are best equipped to serve and how you can impact others. You’ll also find opportunities to build meaningful relationships through serving and groups — connecting, growing, and living out your calling in community.
