Hang In There

Hang In There

Josh and I cleaned out our garage this past weekend. As we picked up and threw away items we noticed a trend in what was taking up space in our garage.  The picture with this post is an accurate look at our clutter as well as our 2017.  We had a good laugh and then placed these things in the attic, praying we never need these items again or at least not before we are 70 years old!  We had a tough year! We found ourselves scared, overwhelmed, but most of all weary.  Weary from the craziness this life handed us. Through it all we found ourselves at a new level in our relationship with Christ.  You see it’s the weariness that pushed us to that place with Him.  It’s when our strength is found in Him and only Him! It’s in those moments of our weakness where He is truly found.  You might have found yourself in a place of weariness. If so, don’t give up and don’t give in. Push harder than you ever have before, dig deeper in your walk with Christ  and he will truly match your efforts with nothing less than the miraculous!

“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9
