I have a question for you, if Jesus is the leader of your life, where is He leading you? Or better yet, WHO is He leading you to today?

How did you first hear about Jesus? Maybe you can’t even remember the first time you heard Jesus’ name. How wonderful is that! Or maybe you just recently became a Christian and heard Jesus’ name. That’s equally beautiful! But somewhere along the line all of us have HEARD His name.  Someone, somewhere thought it was important to share the story of the gospel with you!

In Romans 10:12-15 it states:
12 “For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile-the same LORD is LORD of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved. 14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written, how beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”

As your kids begin school, they will sit in a history class at some point learning about things that happened 50, 100, maybe even 200 years ago. But the story of Jesus Christ has outlast them ALL! I’m so thankful today that they thought this story was important enough to write about and share with us, and that His story is still being told 2000 years later!

The bible also says in Luke 7:37  “A sinful woman in the town learned that Jesus was eating at the Pharisee’s house. So she brought an alabaster jar of perfume” the key word in that passage of scripture is LEARNED…for you to learn something someone must first teach it to you! You never know what your investment into someones life could do for them today!

So I ask you today…where is Jesus leading you today? Who can you share the story with in the place He has you RIGHT NOW? It was important to someone to share the gospel with you, it should be important to you to share the gospel with others! Look around, who needs a warm smile? Who needs a encouraging word? The gospel of Christ is first told through your actions to others! Sharing your story should be simple when you allow Jesus to lead your life.

“How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”  Go and bring the good news today!

We love you all! – Tara.
